Today, I decided to see what all the fuss was about and bought myself a pint of Loblolly Creamery ice cream. These two gals are making organic, gluten-free ice cream right here in Little Rock using local products. I chose Beebe Berry in honor of my hometown, Beebe, Arkansas (though I’m pretty sure it’s named for Governor Mike).
I was not disappointed! This stuff is incredibly good and you can tell its made with the best ingredients. Lula was so jelly.
I bought my pint at the Boulevard Bread Co. in the Heights, but Aaron’s been craving milkshakes (nerd), so we’ll have to make a trip to the Green Corner Store Soda Fountain soon to try the other Loblolly Creamery products there. Little Rockers, take my word on this!

i’ve had their rootbeer floats, honey lavender soda and salted caramel goat’s milk ice cream. all amazing!! and HAM just installed some freezers in their store and will start carrying loblolly very soon also!
