And then there were none.

So sad.  Just two entries since I wrote about our new roommate moving in, I have to write about moving out.  Granted, if I updated my blog more than once a month (my bad!), these two posts would be further away from each other.  I’m going to work on that.

But I digress.  Cody made the decision that he’s tired of living in our house since The Day We Do Not Speak Of and went off in search of an apartment high in the sky.  One of those fancy situations that requires seperate keys to enter the building, the elevator and the apartment.  Ok, fine.  Whatever.  I can deal.  The truth is, I’m kind of at a point where living alone sounds appealing.  I’ve never lived alone, save for a month when I was in roommate limbo.  And I have Lula (oh yeah, and that boyfriend of mine) to keep me company.

Aaron and Lula

Not a necessary addition to this post, just a cute one.

So I went off in search of a new apartment, and found the tiniest, itsy-bitsiest place that is…well, just perfect for me and the pup.  It even has it’s own little patio with a privacy fence for late night puppy potty breaks when I’m feeling too lazy to actually walk the dog.  More on the new apartment in future entries (You know I’m excited to take before and after pictures with my new Canon Rebel!).

However, our landlords made a deal with us.  They’ll let us out of our lease…if and when they find someone else to move into the house.  And since they probably don’t feel like busting their butts to find new tenants, I’m taking it upon myself.

So here you have it.  Pictures of my lovely home (that’s in a great neighborhood!) that is now officially up for rent.  More to come, I’m sure!
