Recently, a friend commented on my “blog about the color pink.” At first, I thought she was referring to the post I dedicated to the color pink. But upon further questioning, I realized she meant my ENTIRE blog. As though Rosemary On The TV were a blog about the color pink. I laughed and told her she was ridiculous, that my blog was about interiors, fashion, lifestyle, etc.
Then someone else commented about my “pink blog.” Incredulous, I found the nearest computer and scrolled through the last few months of posts.
Um. I write a pink blog.
I’m not sure how it happened, but I can assure you it wasn’t my intention. Not that there’s anything wrong with the color pink. Clearly, I don’t think that. But as a disclaimer, I can proudly say that I love all colors, not just pink. And if I really had to play favorites…well, I’d have to pick green (ssshhh…don’t tell the others!).
