Mojito fever

At the Farmer’s Market this weekend, I bought two things: a watermelon ($5) and a huge batch of mint ($1). So, of course, I’ve been making mojitos for Aaron and I ever since. We drink a lot of regular mojitos but have ventured into watermelon mojito territory and it’s a delicious place to be! If you can go to the Farmer’s Market next weekend, I highly recommend the $1 mint. It will last forever. Just keep it bundled, and stand it up in a small glass in the refrigerator. Make sure there’s about an inch of water in the glass.
