I made these last night. They are two things : Awe and some. That means awesome. And I’m pretending they’re healthy because a) blueberries, duh, b) oats and c) that Splenda/brown sugar stuff that has less calories but probably isn’t actually healthy because for all I know Splenda is probably turning my bones to chalk as we speak.
Here’s the recipe. I followed it pretty closely except I didn’t have enough oats and substituted a scoop of granola with dried raspberries…which gives an extra little surprise if you get the right cookie.
